Our process begins by completing a custom disaster plan tailored to the client. Next our highly skilled and expert Specialist instructors begin with teaching the basics. We understand that not everyone is at the same skill level and this is reflected in our educational approach, but we will always strive to bring everyone to a skill level they are comfortable with.
Education is just phase one though. Once our clients are comfortable with an entry level skill we then move to more advanced education and training. These advanced courses will include “hands-on” training to solidify the classroom instruction and more detailed Specialist instruction. The skills our clients build will last a lifetime and hopefully empower individuals to realize their hidden potential. Our number one priority is the client and their skill development. The spirit of the company can best be summed up by this:
